As a Branch Supervisor with Anova you will:
- Recruit and onboard new caregivers
- Create and maintain client/caregiver schedules
- Schedule client visits according to care plans and staff availability
- Communicate new assignments and/or schedule changes to caregivers and clients effectively
- Communicate with Field Supervisor for new cases and supervisory needs
- Maintain staff and client database – document client/caregiver care notes in real time, enter in new client/caregiver information
- Ensure authorizations and compliance are met per insurance requirement
- Identify and address scheduling issues (i.e. call offs, no shows, EVV, etc.)
- Manage caregiver and client "Expiration items" - any item that needs to be renewed i.e. - annual TB screening, driver's license, etc.
- Document important client and caregiver events in software (accidents, emergencies, dereliction of duties, hospitalizations, change in client condition, etc.)
- Work under time pressure and manage multiple demands simultaneously
- Audit and approve Caregiver Time Cards
- Input data into payroll spreadsheet
- Update management on important issues, caregiver / client concerns
- Manage the “On Call”, after hours phone on a rotating basis
- Run reports; hours scheduled, missed visits, caregiver/client concerns, recommend caregiver of the month
- Comply with state, local, and insurance requirements
- Work well with team members
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year; home care scheduling and /or logistics experience
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
- Must be flexible, quickly adapt to changes, and able to multitask
- Highly organized with a dedication to follow through and an ability to proactively anticipate needs
- Maintain a calm demeanor when working to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Reliable, punctual, with own transportation
- Be decisive, find solutions and resolve conflict
This is a daylight, Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm position.
