**This position will be majority remote with the occasional visit to the Corporate office in Alpharetta**

What you'll do:
- Coordinates full cycle recruiting to include partnering with Corporate and Field team members by reviewing applications, conducting phone screens, and scheudling interviews.
- Gathers information from candidates to make informed and confident recommendations for consideration to recruiters and hiring managers.
- Provides interview information to hiring managers.
- Provide adminsitrative support with preparation of job postings to be published and distributed.
- Assist with hiring events as needed
- Ensures an excellent experience for all candidates and consistently communicate with candidates to provide feedback, manage expectations, and give updates on their applications
- Performs other duties as necessary.
Who we are looking for:
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States for this company
- 1 or more years of HR/Recruiting support experience preferred
- Able to demonstrate computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
- Able to demonstrate proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Able to demonstrate a problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality in all matters
- Comfortable spending time speaking on the phone daily.
