Job Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, custody, and child support matters.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop effective case strategies and present compelling arguments in court.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to achieve successful outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations affecting family law, ensuring accurate and informed advice to clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the New Jersey bar.
• At least 3 years of experience in family law matters, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Discretion, empathy, and professionalism when handling sensitive client matters.
