Ansell is looking for a Sr. Manager, Demand Planning to join our team in Iselin, NJ!
In this position you will play a vital role in overseeing regional planning and Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) within the assigned portfolio and regions, translating regional demand into global integrated business planning (IBP) forecasts, managing inventory to support customer in-stock goals, coordinating with suppliers and logistics to optimize transportation and inventory costs, and ensuring alignment with KPI targets such as OTIF, FA & Bias, and inventory turns.
