Demand Generation Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a strategic and performance-driven Demand Generation Marketing Manager to lead high-impact paid media (specifically Meta Ads and Google Ads) and SEO initiatives that drive qualified inbound leads. This role will manage both the paid and organic teams, aligning efforts to boost brand awareness, lead quality, and overall ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies across paid media and SEO.
- Oversee paid campaigns, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance optimization across digital channels.
- Drive SEO performance by managing on-page, off-page, and local optimization efforts with internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with growth marketing, brand, and sales teams to ensure funnel alignment and seamless lead handoff.
- Analyze funnel performance, optimize conversion rates, and ensure accurate lead tracking with marketing ops and BI teams.
- Lead and mentor the paid media and SEO teams, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Report on performance, deliver insights, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and team leadership.
- SEMrush, Power BI a plus.
- Strong expertise in paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and SEO (national and local).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic action.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and performance reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- This role is critical to fueling the sales pipeline and scaling growth through smart, measurable marketing execution.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
