Ansell is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Iselin, NJ!
In this position you will play a vital role in leading financial planning and analysis for Ansell’s Global Functional Teams, including IT, HR, Legal, and Finance. This role focuses on expense analysis, dashboard management for KPIs and projects, and supports budget, forecast, and strategic planning, while also leveraging business intelligence tools to track key initiatives.

What your role will be?
Global Function Business Partner (50%)
- Support executive leaders with strategic financial planning, budget management, and long-term projections.
- Analyze consolidated and regional financial reports for variance insights.
- Evaluate investments and capex, develop business cases, and track performance.
- Create dashboards and KPIs for functional performance.
Group Expenses Management & Analysis (40%)
- Lead SG&A expense analysis, planning, and reporting for expense control and insights.
- Collaborate with Regional Finance BPs on post-close analysis and planning.
- Develop productivity benchmarks and strategic spend analysis for global SG&A
- Align and optimize headcount reporting with HRIS and HR for business planning.
- Manage Workforce Plan activities during the budget cycle.
- Enhance tracking and planning for key strategic project spending.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support to CFO, Corp FP&A, and senior management.
Establish & Govern Reporting Standards (10%)
- Centralize and standardize reporting processes for functional efficiency.
- Improve reporting automation using BI tools.
- Govern reporting standards, formats, and performance metrics for global consistency.
What will you bring to Ansell?
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Math, Business Analytics
- 8 years of related experience
- Proven experience in analysis, modeling, and reporting financial performance.
- Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working in Qlikview, FCCS and PBCS
- Working knowledge of Oracle and other BI tools preferred (Qlikview and Power BI)
