What is the compensation?

• Our starting pay is $15 an hour during the week and $16 an hour during the weekend.

What are the available shifts?

We are currently seeking candidates whose availability ranges from anywhere from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Shifts are typically 8 hours, but we can accommodate 4 or 6 hour shifts. Weekend shifts vary in time needed. Typically 3p- 9p, 1p-9p or 5a-1p, 7a-3p.

• Want to work every weekend (one day or both)? We can accommodate that too. As noted above, we increase our hourly pay for any hours worked during the weekend.

Afternoon/Evening shift

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide solutions.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Assist with cash handling and processing transactions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized office environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications.

• Previous experience in a call center or office environment is preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in customer support or client services is a plus.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
