What is the compensation?
- Our starting pay is $15 an hour during the week and $16 an hour during the weekend.

What are the available shifts?
We are currently seeking candidates whose availability ranges from anywhere from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Shifts are typically 8 hours, but we can accommodate 4 or 6 hour shifts. Weekend shifts vary in time needed. Typically 3p- 9p, 1p-9p or 5a-1p, 7a-3p.
- Want to work every weekend (one day or both)? We can accommodate that too. As noted above, we increase our hourly pay for any hours worked during the weekend.

Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide solutions.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Assist with cash handling and processing transactions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized office environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications.
- Previous experience in a call center or office environment is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in customer support or client services is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
