About the Role
AnswersNow is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our BCBA hiring efforts. This critical role will focus on developing and executing a strategic recruitment plan to attract, engage, and hire top BCBAs to support our mission. You will work closely with clinical leadership, care operations, and marketing to ensure we are hiring high-quality BCBAs who are aligned with our values and service model.
This role will report to the VP of Operations and is highly cross-functional, partnering with the executive team and multiple departments across the company.
What You Will Do
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for BCBAs, from sourcing to hiring
- Develop and implement a strategic recruitment plan to scale the BCBA team efficiently
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to align hiring strategies with business needs
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize the hiring process and track key performance metrics, including time-to-hire, candidate conversion rates, and retention rates
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of BCBA candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and industry engagement, including management of social media/ hiring platform engagement (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Strengthen employer branding efforts to position AnswersNow as a leading employer for BCBAs
- Stay informed on industry trends, workforce challenges, and best practices in ABA recruitment

Requirements
- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or telehealth
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment, particularly for provider roles, and meeting or exceeding hiring targets (BCBA hiring experience is a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to hire at scale and filling roles within an average time-to-hire of 30-45 days
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent (familiarity with Ashby is a bonus)
- Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs and ability to drive continuous improvement in hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and retention
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for behavioral health and improving access to quality ABA therapy
