Job Summary
Our Call Center Reps are a critical team member within our sales & reception departments. This person operates as each potential client’s first point of contact, as they are greeted and qualified for potential services. The Call Center Rep's primary role is to call out to our web submission leads, as well as qualifying new leads to determine whether or not they are to be transferred to the Sales team. Upon lead distribution to Sales, our Call Center Reps are expected to create filters of some older leads in the database. With those filters, the goal is to get leads that have been lacking follow up to see if they are still looking for assistance. Our goal is to get the potential client over to one of our Senior Tax Analyst as quickly as possible.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Have an understanding of what the qualifications are for our clients.
- Thoroughly communicate with reception when transferring leads to our Senior Tax Analysts.
- Over 100 Outbounds while going through our database to find other potential clients. Not only outbounds on new leads.
- Stay organized with notes and leads that do need an appointment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
