Job Description Human Resources Assistant
Ther HR Assistant handles the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization. They assist HR Managers with recruitment, record maintenance, and provide clerical support to all office staff. Will support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues. To ensure success, HR Assistants should display a solid understanding of general human resources understanding.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Performingadministrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department
- Process documentation and assist the HR department with clerical support
- Maintainingproper records of employee attendance and leave
- Assisting theHR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
- Submittingonline job postings,shortlistingcandidates andschedulingjob interviews
- Coordinatingorientation and training sessions for new employees
- Serving as a point of contact, providingsmooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
- Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events
- Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws
- Other duties as assigned.
