Responsibilities
- Participate in team activities per team standards.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of the real estate market, industry practices, and emerging trends through training and professional development opportunities.
- Dedicate 15 hours weekly to lead generation
- Host two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in script practice and collaborate in team activities
- Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify suitable properties
- Draft and negotiate purchase offers for your clients
- Monitor activities and manage client information using Brivity
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

- High school diploma required.
- Must have a real estate license (License needed to join, but not to apply!)
