Position: Showing Assistant

Seize the opportunity to grow with us as a Showing Assistant. Collaborate with our team to gain invaluable real estate experience while mastering our state-of-the-art tools, Brivity Technology and Brivity Marketer, designed to propel your career forward.

Our team provides a comprehensive coaching and training program tailored to help seasoned agents reach new heights and new agents quickly become productive. By leveraging our team resources, including our CMA and Technology platform, you can achieve remarkable success. If you are dedicated to success and eager to advance in the real estate industry, we offer a proven path to a fulfilling career.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of the real estate market, industry practices, and emerging trends through training and professional development opportunities.
• Dedicate 15 hours weekly to lead generation
• Host two open houses each month
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in script practice and collaborate in team activities
• Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify suitable properties
• Draft and negotiate purchase offers for your clients
• Monitor activities and manage client information using Brivity

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
