Any Baby Can seeks a warm, motivated, and dynamic Community Engagement Manager to help us expand our reach and connect with more parents needing support. In this exciting role, you will represent Any Baby Can at community outreach events, sharing our mission and services with new audiences. You will also coordinate a thriving volunteer program, ensuring our supporters have meaningful opportunities to contribute to our work.

Required Experience and Skills
- 2-4 years in completing outreach activities
- 3-5 years of direct experience in working within community programs serving the maternal, child, and adolescent populations; families or individuals with special healthcare needs
- MUST have a Valid Texas Driver’s License and be able to travel to locations in the community frequently
- MS Office Programs
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) Strongly Preferred
Job Duties
Builds and Manages a Comprehensive Volunteer Program : Develops, implements, and grows volunteer programs to support agency operations across all programs. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, training, and supervising volunteers and maintaining a detailed volunteer database to track participation, availability, and performance. Ensures volunteers are effectively matched to roles that align with their skills and the agency’s needs.Enhances Client Referrals through Strategic Outreach : Actively engages with community partners and stakeholders to increase client referrals. Collaborates closely with Case Management and Autism program directors to align outreach strategies with program goals and priorities.Delivers Engaging Community Training : Conducts presentations, workshops, and training sessions to raise awareness of Any Baby Can’s services and mission. Equips community members and partners with the knowledge needed to refer families and support outreach initiatives.Ensures Compliance with Grant Requirements : Maintains up-to-date knowledge of outreach-related grant obligations and implements activities that meet these requirements. Ensures accurate documentation and reporting of outreach activities per grant guidelines.Oversees Outreach Calendar and Database Management : Manages the outreach calendar to ensure all events are scheduled, coordinated, and supported. Records event details and outreach outcomes in the agency database, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.Develops and Executes an Agency Outreach Plan : Creates a strategic outreach plan that includes diverse tactics such as in-person presentations, mailings, phone calls, and emails. Regularly assesses the plan's effectiveness and adjusts strategies to maximize impact.Represents the Agency at Community Events : Attends and actively participates in community outreach events, including evenings and weekends as needed. Represents the agency at sponsored and fundraising events, building relationships with attendees and increasing the visibility of Any Baby Can.Supports Fundraising and Event Coordination : Plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing agency fundraising and community events. Ensures all event volunteer needs are met and offers hands-on support to maximize event success.Maintains Volunteer and Program CRMs : Accurately manages data related to volunteers and outreach efforts in the agency’s volunteer and program customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Generates reports to inform strategic decisions and improve program efficiency.S upports Volunteer and Event Growth : Develops strategies to grow the volunteer base, particularly for agency events. Provides volunteers with meaningful and rewarding experiences, fostering long-term engagement with Any Baby Can.Contributes to Special Projects : Assists with special projects, initiatives, and other duties as assigned to support agency operations and further the mission of Any Baby Can.About Our Agency
