Your Responsibilities :

Explain Policies : Clearly outline policy features, coverage options, and premium costs, ensuring clients are fully informed about their options.

Ongoing Client Support : Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with policy updates, and supporting claims processing.

Build Long-Term Relationships : Foster lasting relationships with clients by conducting regular follow-ups, reviewing needs, updating policies, and offering ongoing guidance.

Ensure Compliance : Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications :

Excellent Communication Skills : You’ll need to be an effective communicator, with a focus on active listening and empathy.

Basic Computer Proficiency : Comfort with basic computer functions and virtual meeting software is essential.

Strong Work Ethic : Be self-driven and motivated to achieve personal and professional success.

Energetic and Upbeat Personality : Bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a client-first mindset to the role.

Time Management Skills : Be able to prioritize tasks and manage your schedule effectively.

Leadership or Management Experience : Prior leadership experience is a plus, though not required.
