Kihei Condo Association seeking a friendly maintenance employee with a can-do attitude. Duties include maintaining the common elements - cleaning lobby, elevator, elevator entry, stairwells, walkways, restroom, laundry rooms, parking lot and barbeque area. Pool cleaning/testing and light landscaping.
