IT Associate, Technology Support (Korea)

What the day will look like
- IT service delivery supports to all business unit / users in Korea ( Japan if needed)
- Engaging with Regional team and ensure all IT compliance related matters are aligned and complied with IT standard operating procedures.
- Ensure IT security and infrastructure within Aon Korea ( Aon Japan) is managed and zero down time.
- Support and execute IT initiatives locally.
- Vendor management (eg. Supporting IT Team Lead to review contract / agreement Information Technology products and services)
- Provide guidance and coaching for new end users on Companys systems
- H / W and S / W maintenance
- Assist IT Team Lead in executing and meeting Companys goal & objective, by leveraging IT support to all business units.
