Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementation, customization, and enhancement.
- Process Mapping & Documentation: Create detailed process flow diagrams and business process documentation to represent current and future-state workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements. Ensure alignment with best practices and ServiceNow capabilities.
- Customization & Configuration: Assist in the configuration of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) to ensure they align with organizational needs and user expectations.
- Testing & Validation: Participate in system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet defined business needs and quality standards.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions. Create user manuals and training materials as needed.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure ongoing alignment with business objectives and successful project delivery.
- Agile Methodology: Work within Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to manage requirements and ensure timely delivery of ServiceNow enhancements or implementations.
- Reporting & Metrics: Develop and deliver regular reports on the status of ServiceNow projects, including timelines, risks, issues, and achievements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years of experience working specifically with the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ServiceNow CSM, or ServiceNow HRSD modules.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, process mapping, and solution design.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules such as Discovery, Change Management, or Incident Management.
- Experience with data migration and integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
