The Company Manager of Ballet Hispánico will oversee all dance Company related interactions including, long and short-range planning for the Company, its tour engagements and budgeting. They are responsible for the daily management and logistical support of the dancers, artistic staff, and guest artists of the ballet company. They act as the primary liaison between the company members, performance venues, and the administrative / production teams, ensuring the well-being of the company while facilitating smooth operations during rehearsals, performances, and tours.
Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in arts administration, Performing Arts, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience : 3–5 years of experience in company management, stage management, or arts administration, preferably in a ballet or performing arts setting.Experience with touring logistics is a strong plus.
- Skills :
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends during performances.
