We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant
This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive support to the marketing team, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. Key responsibilities include generating reports, updating and maintaining community specials across various platforms, gathering data, and creating engaging marketing materials. Additionally, this role encompasses a range of miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Responsibilities Include
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, letters, templates, presentations, and forms.
- Update and maintain online specials for multiple communities.
- Coordinate and support day-to-day marketing operations.
- Help in conducting miscellaneous administrative duties.
- Previous administrative or office support experience, preferably supporting an executive role.
- Knowledge of and ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite & Canva.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and organize
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reporting.
- Proficient in Canva & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Successfully manages multiple projects
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when managing reports, content, and data.
