Permit Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Roofing Permit Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our production department to forecast, schedule, and coordinate roofing projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and Managing roofing permits and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Scheduling all necessary inspections required by each municipality.
• Assist with coordinating project schedules, including material deliveries and crew availability (as needed).
• Communicating with office staff and updating company CRM to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement proper permit tracking procedures and update accordingly.
• Assisting with administrative tasks related to roofing projects.
• Updating our Contractor's license within all current municipalities and registering us in new ones accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with roofing permits is A MUST.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
