Key Responsabilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of manufacturing processes
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure quality standards are met
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality control standards
- Train staff on quality assurance practices and procedures
What you bring:
- 5 years’ experience with quality inspection in the maritime and defense manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes, especially in advanced technologies and welding
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with maritime regulations and industry quality standards
- Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) preferred
