This position is based in Cleveland, OH, with opportunities for collaboration in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Identify process improvement opportunities and gather key data insights.
🔹 Facilitate stakeholder meetings & workshops to define automation strategies.
🔹 Design and document workflow automation solutions using RPA & AI tools.
🔹 Oversee end-to-end implementation of process enhancements.
🔹 Collaborate with customers to ensure business impact & satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring:
✅ 2 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role.
✅ Experience with automation & workflow tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere).
✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
✅ Excellent communication & stakeholder management abilities.
