Job Description:
- Review, revise, and develop new collective (71-series) and individual (150-series) tasks based on updates to doctrine, Army directives, and standardized METL. â
- Translate Army doctrine into training products, ensuring they are formatted according to Army learning standards. â
- Align tasks with Mission Command training support requirements, integrating live, virtual, constructive, and gaming (LVC-G) environments. â
- Publish tasks in the Central Army Registry (CAR) after validation and compliance checks. â
- Use the ADDIE process to ensure instructional design rigor. â
- Conduct monthly production meetings with the Government to define task priorities and ensure workload compliance. â
- Maintain a production quota of 4,500 training product points annually, with varying points assigned to different task complexities. â
- Ensure quality control, ensuring 95% of tasks are submitted and approved on time with no more than 15% modification required. â
- Prepare and submit the Monthly Report, while the remainder of the Team provides input. â
Requirements:
- Education/Certifications: â
- BA/BS Branch Qualified. â
- Military Education Level (MEL) 4 or equivalent NCO. â
- PMP Preferred. â
- Experience: â
- Prior military primary staff experience in combined arms formations at the division or higher level. â
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the ADDIE process and familiarity with individual and collective training product development. â
- Familiarity with TR 350-70, Army Learning Policy and Systems, and supporting TRADOC administrative publications. â
- Experience in using TDC to review, revise, and create POIs and LPs. â
- SECRET Clearance. â
This position requires a combination of military experience, educational qualifications, and specific knowledge of Army training and development processes to ensure effective task management and compliance with Army standards.
