Responsibilities:
- Manage work orders, approvals, and invoicing to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee technician performance, ensuring work is completed on time and to high standards.
- Maintain and track key reports, including productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and billed hours while maintaining customer trust.
- Hire, train, and mentor service advisors and technicians to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with shop policies, warranty procedures, and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with the parts department to minimize downtime and ensure timely repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
