Currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative. You will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring an optimal customer service experience. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in both sales and customer service.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales revenue and optimize the customer service experience.
  • Understand and professionally communicate the services of the HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical departments
  • Provide effective customer service and utilize sales negotiation tactics to close deals.
  • Collaborate with comfort consultants on their sales leads.
  • Ability to own and manage your book of businesses
  • Follow up with priority customer leads
  • Review existing calls that need attention from prior day
  • Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls daily.
  • Manage digital CRM suite for rehash and follow up

 

Experience/Qualifications:

  • 4 years of Inside Sales Experience
  • Proven experience in Call Center/ Customer Service
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to achieve high call volume

 

Physical Demands:

  • Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
  • May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
  • May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
  • Must be able to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing

PAY TRANSPARENCY:

 

The annual pay opportunity for this role ranges from $45,000 to $65,000 DOE. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.

 

We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
