Duties

- Handle client records and ensure confidentiality is maintained.
- Process paperwork and manage filing systems efficiently.
- Assist with office management tasks as needed, including inventory management.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks when required.
- Respond to emails.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Maintain social media
Skills
- Proficiency in managing phone systems and office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective file management.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
