Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls promptly and manage inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize phone systems to route calls efficiently and take messages when necessary.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is welcoming and tidy.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff members.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Provide support to dental staff as needed, including handling patient records and insurance information.
- Foster a customer-focused environment by addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in office software applications.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus but not mandatory.
