Job Overview
We are seeking a talented, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the successful operation of our office and team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office tasks such as onboarding new hires, payroll, booking events for representatives, and recruiting.
- Source and screen candidates.
- Conduct background checks and verify candidate references.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing excellent support to the office.
- Maintain office inventory by monitoring stock levels.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and managing calendars.
- Ensure smooth office operations by coordinating with various departments.
- Utilize computerized systems for organizing and updating files.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and file management.
- Experience in customer support and phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of office procedures is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in recruiting and cold calling.
- Familiarity with front desk operations.
- Comfortable working quickly and efficiently.
