Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise behavior therapists on your team
- Conduct assessments
- Develop treatment plans and provide services, which are congruent with the outcome goals
- Train staff in observation, data collection and implementation of behavior protocols
- Member in good standing of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Maintain license and certification as a BCBA
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
- BCBA license and certification required
- Compassionate and a team player
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Must pass a Background Check
