Apex Placement and Consulting is partnering with a leading company in Greenfield, IN to hire a Plant Management Coordinator. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing daily production goals and optimizing resource utilization for efficiency, safety, and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met
- Lead weekly safety and quality meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or 8 years of operations management experience
- ACI Level 1 and PCI Levels 1 & 2 certifications
- Experience in managing capital budgets is a plus
