We offer brokerage services (buying and selling real estate), construction services, and property management services to our clientele. We are looking for energetic, smart, self-starting, driven people to help us as we continue to grow.
We are recruiting a Property Maintenance Coordinator to prioritize, oversee, and direct property maintenance needs of our 500-unit portfolio. Active Arizona Real Estate License in good standing, preferred; or willing to obtain within 6 months.
Responsibilities:
· Assign and prioritize incoming service requests.
· Work with tenants and other stakeholders to understand the core issue needs to be solved.
· Prioritize and lead our maintenance technicians to solve the most critical items first.
· Follow up with vendors and tenants to ensure service requests are completed.
· Proactively anticipate future service needs and ensure vendors and Apex employees are ready to handle time-sensitive requests when needed.
Requirements:
· Active Arizona Real Estate License in good standing, or willing to obtain within 6 months.
Project Management Skills – You’ll need to prioritize important items, drive them to completion, and keep a pulse on lower-priority items that need to be addressed at a future time.
· Critical Thinking Skills – This position doesn’t require you to be an expert technician, but you should be able to critically assess whether a proposed solution addresses the issue at hand.
· Communication Skills – You’ll need to communicate the status of work orders, voice areas of concern, and articulate to management the status of our maintenance operations.
· Customer Service – Keeping our tenants happy is at the core of everything we do. You’ll need to be able to reassure our tenants that we are working on their behalf during frustrating moments.
· Computer Proficiency – Chrome, Gmail, Typing, Productivity Tools, Etc.
Other Details:
· Compensation - $40,000-$53,000 annual salary with a target EOY bonus
