What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant position at Apex Spine Institute?
Apex Spine Institute, a pain management healthcare clinic in Richland WA, is looking for a full time bookkeeper/ admin assistant. Candidate will be responsible for processing accounts payable, bank reconciliations, payroll, payroll taxes, customer & vendor invoices, and other tasks as required by administration.
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop Software is required, experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred
Essential Functions
· Processing of AP
· Processing payroll and payroll taxes
· Maintain health benefits and 401(k)
· Responsible for maintaining cash management systems
· Maintain compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations
· Reconciliations, deposits, and balancing of banking and credit accounts.
· Preparation of revenue cycle management reports
· Provide administrative support to senior management and project teams.
· Handle special projects and assignments as delegated by management.
Essential Qualifications
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Ability to apply regulations and guidelines
· Experience with reconciliations, deposits, accounts payables and payroll
· Experience with administrative and clerical duties

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
