Responsibilities:

• Design and develop hardware components for new automotive products, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product developers to integrate hardware and software components, ensuring timely project delivery.
• Perform detailed simulations, analysis, and testing to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Orient hardware towards performance, cost, and manufacturability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues during development and post-production.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Document designs, specifications, and testing procedures for future reference and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits, as well as circuit board layout and signal integrity.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 standard related to Hardware design.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hardware design and development, preferably in the tech or auto sectors.
• Practical experience with circuit design, embedded systems, and hardware testing tools.
• Deep understanding of microcontrollers, SoC, ASIC, and PCB design.
• Superior problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork capabilities.

Necessary Skills:

• Background in designing and testing electronic hardware.
• Awareness of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex projects.
• ISO26262 Hardware Functional Safety knowledge.
