Requirements
- 3 years of relevant experience
- MUST HAVE an Active DoD Security Clearance
- Sec CE / IAT II or Equivalent
- Need experience with scripting, account management, link validation, QC, etc.
- Migration of 3rd party data (ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.) to on-prem and cloud-based Atlassian environments
- Creation and maintenance governance plans for Jira & Confluence
- Implementing system changes and administering access within approved IT security guidelines & standards, while adhering to Atlassian best-practice
- Architect scalable solutions to enhance Atlassian out-of-box capabilities
- Designing, implementing, and building complex yet reusable workflows/schemes
- Global & Project level automation rules leveraging Atlassian APIs & smart values to automate project creation, Tempo data, etc.
- Familiarity with Java and Groovy Scripting
- Understanding of AOC Configuration Management and Support Processes, including engineering support via customized lifecycle management and help desk tools: Change Management Interim Tool (CMINT) and AOC Queues for Issue Resolution and Answers (AQIRA)
- POC on behalf of customer(s) facilitating solutions with Atlassian & Marketplace partners
- The Senior Technical Configuration Specialist concentrates on development and configuration that focuses on project modifications, security, and workflow customizations to customized product/software lifecycle management tools.
- They are responsible for developing technical strategies, standards, roadmaps, and technical reports for the organization and key stakeholders, and they may simultaneously address and support user account maintenance.
- They provide technical guidance, leadership, and direction related to ongoing and future projects including technical staff planning, organizing, and controlling assigned resources to accomplish objectives as well as serve as a technical liaison between Government leads and contractor technical leads.
