Position: Payroll Technician
From November 2024 - December 2025 with possibility to extend or convert to full time
Location: 275 W 13th St Ft Worth TX 76102
Payrate: $25/HR
Top Skills:
• Working knowledge of Kronos Telestaff, Dimension/Workforce Manager (WFM), and similar UKG products highly preferred.
• Experience working in a highly structured payroll environment where reasoning skills are valued, and have a thorough understanding of military time
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and Power Point)
• High level of organizational skills
• Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP, Ceridian, Kronos/Telestaff or other similar payroll software
• Experience with preparing, calculating and inputting specialty and exception pay – including shift differential, overtime emergency call back, acting pay, specialized unit, and other pay as required
• Experience with analyzing reports for adjustments and errors, including validation reports, and variance reports
• Ability to perform research and analyze governing rules, regulations, and contracts that apply to police payroll situations
Working hours will be 40hrs/week, M-F in office 9am-5pm, remote availability based on manager discretion.
Salary : $25
