Hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr

This role involves coordinating and scheduling technicians, working closely with operations managers, and performing various office functions. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong computer skills and the ability to work independently.

- Work with operations managers and technicians to move jobs around and prioritize tasks.
- Perform office functions such as ordering and maintaining office supplies.
- Occasionally back up the warehouse by moving boxes (not a daily task).
- Strong computer skills (experience with Mastermind, JST, Salesforce, Microsoft Office).
- Self-efficient and able to work independently after training.
- Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Reliable transportation.
- Prior scheduling experience.
