Title: Senior Manager, Product Management
Location: 5x onsite per week in Bentonville, AR (open to relocation and the client offers a comprehensive relocation package)
Target Start Date: Mid-late February
Salary Range: $100-120k per year plus stock options and bonuses
Scope:
As a Senior Manager - Program Management, you will be responsible for uplevelling our Product Organization by both evolving our Product Rotational Program and owning the development and execution of Product’s training strategy. You will be an integral part of our Product Operations leadership team and will work closely with our Product and HR leaders.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our the client's Product Operations organization where you will be tasked with both leading our Associate Product Management Rotational Program (PMRP), intern programs, and scaling uplevelling initiatives that make the client's product a great place to do great work. What You’ll Do:
- Convert interns into rotational management candidates and rotational management candidates into fulltime hires in the client's product organization.
- Understand the biggest opportunities to uplevel the client's Product, formulate and then execute on a plan that addresses these
- Analyze internal and external best in class pathways to uplevel the Product Org and make recommendations as to which ones to deploy
- Assess opportunities and formulate options to democratize Product thinking
- Scale initiatives from early careers to the larger product management population.
- Manage multiple stakeholders with competing and conflicting interests.
- Drive informed decision-making and ensures resolution of critical issues by partnering with senior leaders to identify goals, success criteria, and risks within the business.
- Evaluate the program performance by setting clear goals and measuring results against these goals.
- Ensures business needs are met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives.

- Measurement ideas on how to evaluate progress of uplevelling Product Org
- Ability to promote your work, get others on board, and to advocate help.
- Project Management certification.
- A background in Human Resources or Early Careers.
- An understanding of product management.
