We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Apex Systems. As a key member of our Global Service Desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our internal employees and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support via voice and chat channels
- Partner with regional and international partners to deliver best-in-class client care
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Call Center or Helpdesk environments
- Excellent client care and customer service skills
- Able to work well as part of a team and build relationships with global partners
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
- Able to multitask and maintain focus on all areas of responsibility concurrently
Tech Requirements:
- Call Center and/or Customer Service experience
- Able to utilize multiple resources to determine causes and resolutions of problems and incidents
- Hardware Support: Windows 10/11, MS Office suite, Office 365, SharePoint, Skype
- Network: Citrix, VPN, Cisco AnyConnect
- ITSM Remedy (not essential)
