Marketing Specialist

APi HVAC Services, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the HVAC Talent Leader, the Marketing Specialist will collaborate with APi HVAC Services leadership, APi Group marketing & communications department as well as individuals from our family of companies. This position will help develop, expand, and maintain marketing and communication initiatives for the APi HVAC Services teams.

This position contains various ownership and learning opportunities; including, but not limited to, social media, marketing materials, company events, formal customer proposals, and artwork for ads, or sponsorships. The Marketing Specialist will execute the identified strategy in partnership with various partners across APi HVAC Services as well as APi Group.

Job Specifics:

• Develop branding ideas, create graphic designs, marketing materials, and advertising copy for the division and individual companies.
• Partner with leaders to execute the marketing strategy for APi HVAC Services division for B2B audiences.
• Utilize traditional and emerging market trends and customer preferences.
• Align messaging across operating companies when creating/editing business update videos and supporting marketing campaigns.
• Edit and maintain social media calendar for APi HVAC Services.
• Actively collaborate in APi Group’s Marketing and Creative Community.
• Support and partner with APi Group newsletter by providing content.
• Support formal proposal creation, as well as templates, bios, content, and graphics.
• Manage HVAC logos
• Work to maintain and uphold the integrity of brand standards

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience.
• 2 years of experience in creative marketing or 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• 2 years of experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Suite, Social Media management and email distribution platforms (Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
• Proficient using Canva
• Proficient using Adobe InDesign
• Experience using Meta Tools
• Attention to Detail

Physical Requirements:

• Possess ability to independently navigate job sites and climb ladders as warranted.

APi HVAC Services Companies:

• Companies within the segment include Metropolitan Mechanical Contractors (MMC) and NAC Mechanical and Electrical Services across Minnesota, Grunau in the Milwaukee market and Tessiers across South Dakota.
