```Duties``` - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities - Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all students - Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns or updates ```Experience``` - Previous experience working in a preschool or childcare setting preferred - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Familiarity with behavior management techniques for young children - Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues - Understanding of child development milestones and age-appropriate activities - Experience working with toddlers or in special education is a plus - Physical education background is beneficial Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
