Global Business Operations - Finance & AccountingAnalyst

This role will focus on providing firm-wide operational support and identifying opportunities to streamline processes and support internal strategic initiatives that enable business growth, drive our culture and enable Apollo to go from being good to great.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration of contracts with clients, contractors, and vendors in multiple countries, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Expense Management, and Tax Reporting in compliance with GAAP and global accounting standards.
- Analyze operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable solutions to support business growth and operational optimization in hyperscale data center markets.
- Drive alignment across business operations, program managers, project managers, and field teams to ensure the efficient and successful execution of all projects and exceed expectations of clients.
- Play a key role in corporate initiatives like Apollos Quality Management Program to accelerate revenue growth, manage costs, and promote operational excellence across field teams in multiple countries.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in the engineering or construction industry, data center industry preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven ability to work efficiently and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Organized, proactive, and focused on continuous self-improvement and operational excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications including Business Central Dynamics 365 or knowledge of major accounting platforms is a plus.
- Up to 20% travel annually to project sites across the US and internationally.
- Successful background check, including pre-employment drug screening
- US citizens, Permanent Residents, or those authorized to work in the United States
