In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing patients, providing excellent customer service while navigating complex schedules for multiple providers. You will also support our sales team by using your sales skills to schedule new patient appointments (insured and self pay) and follow-ups. Additionally, you will collaborate across departments, verify patient benefits, and ensure seamless coordination between patients, providers, and the sales team

Roles and Responsibilities
- Schedule new patient appointments, follow-ups, and procedures by effectively managing provider availability, ensuring timely and efficient care.
- Utilize sales skills to engage potential patients, explain the benefits of our medical devices, and guide them through the scheduling process. Identify opportunities to convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Serve as a patient advocate, providing clear communication and compassionate support via phone, email, or chat. Handle patient inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver a positive experience throughout their care journey. •
- Coordinate schedules for multiple providers, ensuring that all patient needs are met while maximizing provider productivity. •
- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits, ensuring that patients are aware of their financial responsibilities
- Work closely with internal teams, including clinical providers, sales representatives, and administrative staff, to set both patients and teams up for success.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline scheduling processes and improve the patient experience, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, with the ability to engage patients and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Experience coordinating complex schedules across multiple providers and locations in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on patient satisfaction, empathy, and conflict resolution.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail when managing appointments, verifying benefits, and collaborating with team members.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software, CRM systems, Monday.com, EMR (Athena) and other digital tools to manage patient information and appointments efficiently.
- Ability to think critically and navigate scheduling conflicts or insurance issues with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, clinical, and administrative departments.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fully remote environment, with access to reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Familiarity with insurance verification
- Knowledge of scheduling platforms and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of Athena is a plus
- Knowledge of Monday.com is a plus
