Minimum Requirements
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited institution
- Current licensure (or license eligibility) as a Licensed Psychologist in the state of North Carolina
- Experience in psychological testing, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in administering and interpreting cognitive and personality assessments
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, behavioral health systems, and evidence-based interventions
- Ability to prepare clear, comprehensive psychological evaluation reports
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Compensation: $99,624 - $110,242

Position Description
As a Psychologist, you will:
- Administer and interpret psychological tests to assess cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other clinical team members
- Document and report findings clearly in the EHR, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Consult with professionals across disciplines to coordinate holistic, client-centered care
- Provide family counseling and education to strengthen support systems and treatment outcomes
- Stay current with developments in psychological science through ongoing training and professional development
- Maintain ethical and legal standards in all aspects of client care, including confidentiality and documentation
