What You’ll Do
- Own the Sales Cycle – Prospect, pitch, and close new business with clients who need top-tier talent solutions.
- Sell, Don’t Recruit – This is a sales role. You’ll focus on selling our staffing/recruiting services, not sourcing or interviewing candidates.
- Build Strategic Partnerships – Develop long-term relationships with HR leaders, department heads, and executives to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
- Drive Revenue – Meet and exceed quota by delivering value-driven proposals and creating solutions that align with clients’ challenges.
- Collaborate with Delivery Teams – Work closely with our recruiters and talent delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met (and exceeded).
- Provide Market Insights – Act as a trusted consultant, advising clients on hiring trends, talent availability, and workforce strategy.
- Proven track record in selling staffing, consulting, or professional services (required)
- Experience managing a quota-carrying sales territory and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers
- Consultative sales approach focused on value, not volume
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
