Job Description
The primary responsibility is to estimate the cost of trade show exhibits, brand spaces, events, and associated show services. This involves analyzing project requirements, reviewing design renderings, and communicating with sales teams and various departments to ensure accurate estimates that align with client expectations and project goals.

Requirements :
Skills & Knowledge Required
Understanding of trade show industry trends, standards, and best practices.
Critical thinking and analytical skills to interpret client requirements and translate them into actionable project objectives.
Attention to detail to thoroughly review and analyze project requirements, including design renderings, technical drawings, and specifications.
Knowledge of cost estimation techniques, including materials pricing, labor costs, and overhead expenses.
Understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and negotiation strategies.
Proficiency in spreadsheet software or estimating tools to organize data and generate detailed cost breakdowns.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple estimating projects simultaneously.
