As our Customer Relationship Manager, you’ll be the face of Apple Spice in the community, cultivating relationships with businesses, driving sales, and ensuring our clients are wowed by our service. From in-person canvassing to delivering stellar presentations, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining our corporate catering success.
- Hit the Streets: Canvass local businesses, introduce them to our delicious catering options, and leave them craving more.
- Build Relationships That Last: Serve as the go-to contact for our corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Share the Flavor: Organize and deliver engaging food presentations to show potential clients just how amazing our catering services are.
- Seal the Deal: Convert warm leads into satisfied clients, while always on the lookout for new opportunities.
- Stay Organized: Manage customer accounts, track leads, and ensure every client interaction is top-notch.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with kitchen and delivery staff to ensure seamless service for every order.
