Job Title: Transition Project Manager

Location: On-Site, Philadelphia, PA

Pay Rate: $60 - $61/hour

Duration: 02/03/2025 - 06/14/2025

We are seeking a skilled Transition Project Manager to manage and deliver on complex assignments and projects within the scope of work while ensuring successful transitions for a world-class renovation. This project management role focuses on facilitating facility transitions, reducing costs, and maximizing profitability. Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in facility management, construction, and project delivery, with experience in working with large-scale infrastructure and facility planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and manage project contracts and customer expectations, including Land Development, Design-Build, Operations and Maintenance, and Interface Agreements.
• Oversee and ensure project deliverables align with commissioning, risk management, quality, IT, and safety standards.
• Develop and manage construction phase deliverables through to substantial completion, including managing project documentation, reporting, and lifecycle planning.
• Assist in facility documentation using camera-based technologies and ensure accurate maintenance planning and warranty management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, including attic stock, as-builts, warranty, and handover processes.
• Develop proposals for variation, change orders, and service contracts for future assets.
• Contribute to process improvements and share lessons learned across teams to drive best practices and consistency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in facility transitions, construction, or renovation projects.
• Strong understanding of contract terms and the ability to manage relationships with contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and provide detailed reporting.
• Experience in developing and managing processes, manuals, SOPs, and MOPs for facility assets.
• A background in facility management or similar fields is preferred.
