What are the responsibilities and job description for the Conference Room Specialist position at AppleOne?
Join our team as a Conference Room Specialist, managing setups for meetings and events in a professional corporate environment
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 4 PM | 1-Hour Lunch
Location: Boston, MA 02210
Pay rate: $20/hr
What You’ll Be Doing:
-Manage & Coordinate Conference Room Setups – Arrange tables, chairs, and audio-visual equipment to meet client needs.
-Maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and assist with breakdowns.
-Take the lead in fulfilling conference rooms scheduling and setup requests.
-Assist with mail deliveries, copy/print production, and other duties as needed.
-This is a physical role requiring extensive walking and lifting (up to 100 lbs with assistance)
What We’re Looking For:
-1 years of customer-facing experience; conference setup experience is a plus.
-Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a can-do attitude.
-Must lift up to 55 lbs and be comfortable with physical work.
Dress Code: Uniform shirts will be provided; jeans allowed (must be in good condition) comfortable shoes.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED required.
