Job Description :
As an HR Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting and advising our manufacturing facility on various HR matters. You will work closely with senior leadership and operations teams to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, improve employee engagement, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will also provide guidance on talent management, employee relations, and workforce optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
Advise leadership on all HR-related matters within a manufacturing environment
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business goals and industry best practices
Support recruitment and onboarding efforts, ensuring alignment with operational needs
Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and facilitating communication across all levels of the organization
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health, and safety regulations specific to the manufacturing sector
Conduct training sessions on topics such as employee development, performance management, and workplace safety
Assist in the design and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies
Analyze workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR professional, with at least 2 years in the manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of manufacturing-specific HR practices and labor laws
Proven ability to work with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
Experience with HRIS systems and workforce analytics tools
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
