Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM (Possible 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM)
Some weekends as needed
Job Summary :
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish or Mandarin) to join our healthcare team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in healthcare scheduling, insurance verification, and high-volume outbound calls. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in authorizations, referrals, and scheduling specialty appointments. And come from a Doctors office, not a healthcare provider.
Responsibilities :
Schedule external specialist appointments and notify patients accordingly.
Handle high-volume outbound calls to coordinate patient care.
Verify insurance coverage and process referrals.
Request prior authorizations as needed.
Attend training and occasional onsite meetings.
Qualifications :
Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin (Preferred).
Healthcare experience required (Experience in authorizations, referrals, and specialty scheduling preferred).
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally.
Must pass a background check and be fully vaccinated.
